•  Do you want Treatment that Will Astound and helpYou ? BY THE TIME IT TAKES YOU TO READ THIS PAGE YOU WILL HAVE THE ANSWER,

The only self-help video I found for headaches (which was much more complicated, and took much longer to work) was $49.00. I also found an 8-week class online for $70 (Yikes! How complicated is THAT technique?!! And who wants to wait eight weeks to improve the quality of their life?)

  • Headache, loss of appetite, feel sick when standing too long, pain on the right side of waist?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily headache syndrome | 2 Comments »

I’ve been getting severe head aches particularly on the right side of my head and a loss of appetite, however that has been recent.
Since the end of last yr i get hot flushes and feel nauseous when standing for too long.
Sharp pains on the right side of my waist going a bit over my back at night.
    I eat and sleep fine
Does anyone what could possibly be the problem?
    Thank u

I think you have this fatigue headache. Chronic fatigue, and primary headaches are common and debilitating disorders, and their related symptoms of widespread pain, fatigue, and headache have complex interactions and different implications for classification, diagnosis, mechanisms, and treatment.

Fatigue and headaches often go hand in hand since if you are overtired, you may develop a headache, which can then cause you to have trouble sleeping. Fatigue and headaches can quickly turn into a vicious cycle.

With fatigue and headaches ganging up on you, it can be hard to break the cycle and heal yourself. Since the underlying cause is fatigue that is what you will have to focus on to get rid of the headache.

There are prescription medications that can help you sleep better, which can help you break out of the fatigue and headaches cycle. Hopefully you won’t have to resort to a doctor’s visit, but if the problem persists, your life can quickly become a waking nightmare if you don’t receive help.

Alleviate the circumstances causing the fatigue. Get more rest and reduce workloads if they are too great. Restore balance to your system. Get proper rest and proper nutrition. Consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment.

Once you become aware of the problem, trying to fix it as quickly as possible should aid you in sleeping better every night, which in turn should help you deal with your headaches better.

Try to eat healthy, take a vitamin daily and sleep and or at least lay down when you feel the need to sleep. At this time, your body Is needing rest, so go ahead and give the rest to It.

Having Allergy On Pain Relief Medicine?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under chronicdaily tension headaches | 2 Comments »

My mother suddenly started having an allergy on pain relief medicine. So when she has a headache she can’t take pain relief medicines. She just waits until headache is gone. Also when she has a headache, she said that : her head hurts really badly. What should we do now?

there are many classes of pain killers used for headaches… every class has different formula and mechanism of action..

your mother can be allergic to one or 2 classes of drug but cant be allergic to all. so better is that your mother consults a doctor and let her have a trial basis pain killer and see which of them she is not allergic to

31 weeks pregnant and having what feels like hot flashes and sudden headaches, normal or should I be worried?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily Headaches symptoms | 2 Comments »

For two days now, I’ve noticed I’ll be fine, then all of a sudden I feel extremely hot and start to sweat, it lasts about 5 mintues and then goes away. It happens about 5-6 a day. I’m 19 and this is my first baby, I’ve never had anything like this happen earlier in the pregnancy or before I got pregnant, I’m just curious if its normal, like from my hormones, or maybe a sign of something I should be concerned about.

Also, I have been getting sudden headaches on my right temple, I’ll just get sudden sharp pain, it last’s only a few seconds and it’s gone for anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

    Thank you very much!

I’ve had the headaches, but that’s because I have a previous spinal injury that the weight of the baby is putting pressure on. idk about you.

As for the hot flashes, i’ve been getting them too and I’m 37 weeks. I’ve been getting them about a month now.

Still, mention them to your ob next time you see her. She’ll be able to tell you why they’re happening.

Should I see a chiropractor for my headaches and neck aches?

I saw my regular doctor because I keep getting headaches. She found a large knot in my neck and said that I was having muscle spasms. She gave me a prescription for muscle relaxers and told me to go get a massage. Well the massage seemed to help a little and the muscle relaxer helped too, but now the headaches and neck aches are back. This is been going on now for quite some time. Would you recommend going to a chiropractor or should I go back to my regular doctor?

yea i would go to the chiropractor. They will take x-ray’s and let you know what needs to be done. It could be that you are out of alignment or something. It could also be tension head aches. They perscripe medication for that as well. Have you tried putting a heating pad on your neck?

Back of my neck on my right side really hurts and I’ve had a bad headache for 2 days, is this a migraine?

Posted by admin on October 27th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily headache syndrome | 16 Comments »

My neck has hurt for almost a week. I thought it was just a temporary pain due to sleeping in a weird position.

However, a terrible headache came on Friday (yesterday) and I’ve been dealing with it ever since.

I’ve been taking Tylenol Extra Strength every 4 hours and the pain dissipates for a while but then comes back.

Right now my neck really hurts. I have no problem moving it to the left, but must turn slowly to the right. And I move my neck slowly when I tilt it back or towards my chin.

Is this a migraine? What’s going on?

Try to touch your chest with your chin. If you can’t, you could be having meningitis. See your doctor.

I take soma, highblood pressure and anti-depressants meds.I have also had steroid shots(medrol?) but they only help for about 4 months. Anyone with similar experience?
I can’t afford Lyrica. I do not have insurance.

You have got a few good answers already but here are a few links that will also help you. It’s good free info from medical professionals.
