i have a white lesion on my right side of my brain and i currently have a horrible headache there
I get those frequently. If you take medicines like concerta, zoloft, etc headaches can be a side affect. But seeing it’s winter it could be just sinuses or a headcold. Get it checked out though.

Im confused, if your pain is hurting on your right side then it would have hurt on your left side of your brain or is it hurting on the left side and hurting on your right side of your brain? I have a headache go take extra strength tablets.

This is a question you should be asking your doctor not people on here. It could be many things…. migraines (usually only on one side)…..How do you know you have a white lesion on the right side of your brain?
