•  Do you want Treatment that Will Astound and helpYou ? BY THE TIME IT TAKES YOU TO READ THIS PAGE YOU WILL HAVE THE ANSWER,

The only self-help video I found for headaches (which was much more complicated, and took much longer to work) was $49.00. I also found an 8-week class online for $70 (Yikes! How complicated is THAT technique?!! And who wants to wait eight weeks to improve the quality of their life?)

  • suggestions for headache relief?

Posted by admin on February 6th, 2010 and filed under chronicdaily tension headaches | 2 Comments »

i’ve had an ongoing headache since yesterday evening and am having trouble finding relief. I’ve taken tylenol and nyquil to help with the pain and to help me sleep but nothing seems to help. any personal suggestions that have helped you? thank you!!!

I get really bad headaches, about 2 per week sometimes more.
I went to an allergy specialist and come to find out, after blood test, I have quite a few food allergies which are causing the headaches. I am allergic to Wheat and peanuts both of which are found in so many food products.

I start off my taking something for it like you have but also try and benedryl because if you have some reaction causing the headache, this will help.

Secondly, I get in the shower and alternate hot and cold water to level out my core body Temperature ( believe me this helps alot ) also just taking a shower opens up your pores and gets rid of oils on your skin,

Next I lay down with an ice pack on my forehead, then I move it to my sinus area then to my stomach, cooling down my organs.

I would suggest seeing a doctor. Headaches have many causes. Infection, reaction to food, allergies such as pollen or pet dander ( yes you could be allergic to a pet ), sickness, injury or even a tumor. If this is just a one time thing, you are probably ok but if you continue to have these or it last more than a day or two, you should see a doctor for test.
