•  Do you want Treatment that Will Astound and helpYou ? BY THE TIME IT TAKES YOU TO READ THIS PAGE YOU WILL HAVE THE ANSWER,

The only self-help video I found for headaches (which was much more complicated, and took much longer to work) was $49.00. I also found an 8-week class online for $70 (Yikes! How complicated is THAT technique?!! And who wants to wait eight weeks to improve the quality of their life?)

  • I’ve had a headache for 3 days straight. The pain is in the right side of my head. Is this serious?

Posted by admin on November 7th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily headache syndrome | 22 Comments »

So I’ve had a headache for the past 3 days. It is not a bad headache. Just a minor pain in the right side of my head. It’s been lasting for the past 3 days now. Also its not present all the time. It comes and goes throughout the day. Should I wait a few more days and see if it’ll go away or should i get it checked out?
Try this: Get you some Tylenol Sinus (Non Drowsy). I could get nothing to stop my headache… A nurse told me the same thing that she had & I gave it a try. Take 2 every 4 hours are what box states. Give it a try.

Is it normal to have a headache just on the right side of my head?

Posted by admin on September 21st, 2009 and filed under chronic daily headache syndrome | 4 Comments »

So I have a headache that’s on the right side of my head and that’s never happened to me before. Is it normal or maybe something else. Also, my throat is a little sore. Thanks for the help
Actually, headaches that only happen on one side of the head is called a migraine- headache, I get them a lot. The best thing is to take ibuprofen as soon as you feel it start to come on. If that doesn’t help then find a quiet dark place. Sometimes the smell of pepper-mint can really help.

Most simply stated, chronic daily headache (CDH) is headache that occurs 15 or more days a month.

Doctors divide chronic daily headache into a number of subcategories:

        * Primary CDH: not attributable to an underlying disorder
o Shorter than four hours duration
                    + chronic cluster headache
                    + chronic paroxysmal hemicrania
o Longer than four hours duration
                    + chronic tension-type headache
+ chronic Migraine (sometimes called transformed Migraine)
                    + new daily persistent headache
                    + hemicrania continua
        * Secondary CDH: attributable to an underlying disorder
              o post-traumatic headache
o attributable to cervical spine disorders
o associated with vascular disorders such as arteriovenous malformation, arteritis, subdural hematoma
o associated with nonvascular intercranial disorders such as intracranial hypertension, infection, or neoplasm

Studies have also shown that CDH patients were more likely to snore and report problems with sleep than episodic headache and Migraine patients.
