•  Do you want Treatment that Will Astound and helpYou ? BY THE TIME IT TAKES YOU TO READ THIS PAGE YOU WILL HAVE THE ANSWER,

The only self-help video I found for headaches (which was much more complicated, and took much longer to work) was $49.00. I also found an 8-week class online for $70 (Yikes! How complicated is THAT technique?!! And who wants to wait eight weeks to improve the quality of their life?)

  • Is Acupuncture effective for relieving headaches, back and neck pain?

Posted by admin on September 12th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily nejm Headaches | 1 Comment »

Over the years I have seen my a doctor, chiropractor and a massage therapist regarding my headaches and back and neck pain. I have had some success with all of them but still not enough to be satisfied. I am now looking at acupuncture and am curious if it would yield positive results.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can often be effective in treating chronic pain conditions and headaches. Further, idiopathic pain often responds to acupuncture better than conventional treatments. If the back and neck pain are a result of structural deformations, such as a herniated disc, acupuncture will not make the pain go away for good. It would however help in long term management of the pain. Acupuncture is a therapy process, and you must be ready to commit to a course of treatments over a period of time. Once will usually garner only very minor and very temporary changes in your condition. I personally recommend 4 to 6 treatments in the beginning to establish how your body and condition will respond to treatment. If you have no results, or minimal results after 4 to 6 treatments you may want to explore other health-care treatments.

I have had a headache for 4 days only on the right side of my head?

Posted by admin on October 11th, 2009 and filed under chronic daily headache syndrome | 3 Comments »

Should I be concerned about this? I am not one to run to the doctor But it’s just the right side of my head that hurts. I find that strange. And it wont go away. I will take a Tylenol and as soon as it wears off my pain is still there. I never get headaches. But on the rare occasion that I do I can take a Tylenol and it’s gone for good.
talking too much painkillers isn’t good, headaches usually means your body is in trouble or something is wrong or it could mean that you’re tired or haven’t got enough sleep, it could be stress too or migraine. But right now you should be worried, consult a doctor a headache can be nothing to the the worst, a doctor will tell you more about it. A usual headache goes up to 24 hours before stopping resting is a good thing. Please be concerned, a headache for 4 days is usually not that good
